The online modules for the Oregon Health Authority PCPCH Program 2014 recognition standards serve as an interactive, audio-visual companion to the Technical Assistance (TA) Guide. An essential educational resource for clinic team members, administrators, quality improvement professionals and other primary care stakeholders working toward primary care home transformation, the modules may be completed in any order and at your own pace, and each includes links to useful and relevant tools and resources.
The Institute hosts monthly webinars on topics relevant to practices seeking PCPCH recognition as well as practices that are already recognized. Visit the Webinars section to register for upcoming webinars and to access recorded webinars.
